Here is the simple exercise I tried from Ask and It Is Given: Fill out a deposit slip for $1000, then write a check for something you want for $1000. There is no need to actually have or actually spend the money - you can imagine and experience spending the money. The mind makes no distinction between real events or imagined events.
The next day, write a deposit slip for $2000 then write a check for something you want for $2000. Each day, increase the amount by $1000. Each day, experience the FEELINGS of great wealth.
Can you even imagine receiving and spending $1000 today, $2000 tomorrow, $3000 the next day? Can you even imagine what that feels like? Those feelings are key!
The key is experiencing the feelings of wealth
